Login and Account Troubleshooting

The current site is made up of several smaller sites. Logging into one does not log you into all of them. Each is unique and targeted to serve a specific purpose.

Logging in to the directory

To edit your directory entry, make sure you logged in at directory.vancouver.wsu.edu/user. You can always access this page by clicking the "Faculty & staff login" link in the bottom right hand corner of the webpage.

If you are logged in to the directory but do not see the "Profile" tab or the option to create your profile, please fill out this simple directory account request form. *This is the most common issue for newly hired faculty and staff.

Logging in to other sites

You can access the login screens of any other site by typing /user after the homepage url. You will be able to securely log in to any site with your network ID and password, but logging in does not guarantee editing permissions. The ability to edit portions of the website must be approved by the director of your department.
