Wellbeing Watch: Healthy, local food available nearby

Tuesday afternoons from 3 – 7 p.m. July 12 – Sept. 27 Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center is hosting the Salmon Creek Farmers Market on site, outside the main hospital doors. Legacy has graciously extended an invitation to WSU Vancouver employees as well. About a dozen vendors will be present each Tuesday, offering in-season produce as well as other specialty items. Vendors accept debit cards. The Salmon Creek Farmers Market’s regular venue is open 3 – 7 p.m. Thursdays on the south side of 134th Street west of I-5, behind Biscuits Café and Wayside Market. Stop by on the way home from work to pick up some fresh produce!
