EIN incorrect on 1098 T-forms

The 1098-T forms have been mailed, but the Employer’s Identification Number (EIN) is incorrect on them. The form shows 91-60011108. It should be 91-6001108. WSU’s zip code should also read 99164-1039. These are informational forms only and not required to be submitted with the tax return. The figures in Box 1 through 10 on the form are correct.
